Return Policy

1.- Refund and Cancellation Policies

After 24 hours since the order is placed NO You can qualify for no refund or replacement:

– If the reason is that you no longer want an item.

– If the reason is that you have made a mistake when choosing the shoe size. That also includes size conversion.

– Being a customized product and having chosen the design, any type of exchange, return or refund of the amount of the same is accepted.

The return or replacement of the product will only be allowed by Tunedfeet if there has been an error such as: wrong size, design or model different from that requested by the client.

In some cases, the color tone of the images of the designs on the web may not be exactly the same as in print. In this case, the amount of the order will not be reimbursed either, since a color in different formats (image on screen, printed …) may vary.

To request a return, the customer must indicate the order number, the reason for requesting the return and attach some photos of the product. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if it is accepted.

If the return is accepted, the customer is responsible for sending the item to the warehouses of Tunedfeet and to take care of all the expenses that the shipment entails.

Returned items must be unworn, in the same conditions that we shipped them to you and in their original packaging. Stains or visible damage to the product will not be accepted. If the conditions of the returned product are not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the item.

We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

2.-Change and cancellation of the order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. 24 hours after the payment. Be sure to provide your order number and the modification you wish to make and we will confirm it once the modification has been made. Please note that any order that has already been processed, packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.


3.-Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from TunedFeet will be accepted.


Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent them to you, and in their original packaging. Stains and tears on shoes will not be accepted. If the condition of the product sent back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange. Products that have been customized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Products damaged by customer misuse will not be accepted. Returns made without a receipt may be rejected. Tunedfeed reserves the right to deny any returns.


If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team on our contact page to start the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:

– Order number

– Receipt

– Video or photo of the defective product. – Complete delivery addresses.

– Phone number.

4.-Return and Refund process

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm, once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. The refund excludes all shipping and handling charges that will be borne by the customer.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the credit / debit card with which you made the payment within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do:

– Contact the bank / credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
