SHIPMENTS

All shoes are custom made to order and may take more than 3 weeks to produce.

If you are outside of Spain, please plan between 2 and 5 shipping days

We ship all national orders and international orders with priority through International Parcel Company (GLS Spain)

Customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the addressee of the package.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. To ensure there are no surprise charges upon arrival in your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering.

If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and attempt to contact you to select a replacement item. If we are unable to contact you within 3 hours, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped immediately.

Incorrect or invalid shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. You must respond to any emails that ask for address verification.

We will email you a tracking number once we have created a shipping label for your order.

If you didn’t receive a tracking number from us within the expected period, please contact our support team.

Please note that all shoes are custom made to order.

Once a tracking number and shipping label are created, the shoes will go through production.

When they are complete, GLS will collect the shoes and the tracking number will start to update.

 

National shipments: 3-5 days

International shipments: 1-2 weeks

We will do our best to update an address when requested by the customer. Please note that once the order is placed into production, it can be extremely difficult to withdraw the order from production and update the address. If this is the case, we will proceed to send the order with the initial address provided by the customer.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our custom we don’t accept returns. To maintain health and safety standards for our employees, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for worn items. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. All custom shoes are final sale.

All shoes are custom made to order, this is the reason why we don’t make returns or exchanges for custom shoes. We customize the shoes according to the size and style chosen by the customer.

** The customer can cancel or make design / size changes WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE. **

Each pair of shoes is custom made to order.

When an order is placed, we order the shoes from our suppliers the next day.

There is a 24 hour window to cancel your order. After that time, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order.
